Infinity Growth Webinar Privacy Notice

This notice applies to webinars organised by Infinity Growth Limited whose registration pages link to it. References to the webinar mean the particular webinar you register for, including its replay.

Infinity Growth Limited (“we”) uses information you submit when registering for our webinars to manage registration, send event information and provide related event follow-up. Depending on the event and registration platform, information may include your name, email address, job title, company and country or region. Required and optional fields will be identified on the registration form.

Platforms and access

The event page will identify the platform used for registration and broadcasting. For LinkedIn Live webinars, LinkedIn handles information on its platform under its own privacy policy: https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy. StreamYard may be used for broadcast production. Mathieu at Infinity Growth manages the registration list, and any IG copy is stored in Notion. LinkedIn generally makes event registration form data available to organisers for one year; deleting IG’s own copy does not itself delete LinkedIn’s records.

Public webinars and recording

Where an event is public and recorded, this will be indicated on the event page. We plan to make each webinar replay available on LinkedIn for 90 days after its live date. At the end of that period, we will use LinkedIn’s available removal controls to remove the event and its associated replay from public access. We do not intend to download or retain a separate recording. This does not guarantee erasure of LinkedIn’s own retained records or copies independently made by others. Public comments and questions may identify you through your profile. If your name, comment or question is displayed or read aloud during a broadcast, it may also appear in the replay. Please avoid sharing confidential or sensitive information in public comments.

Retention of IG records

We delete our exported registration records and routine webinar follow-up records within 30 days after the live webinar. If you register after the live webinar to watch its replay, we delete those records within 30 days after your registration. Information retained for separately consented marketing and limited opt-out records is handled under the separate periods below.

If you separately opt in to marketing, IG retains the information needed for that purpose for up to 12 months from your opt-in, unless you unsubscribe sooner or renew your consent. IG retains a limited record of marketing opt-outs for as long as needed to prevent unwanted contact and reviews its necessity annually. These periods concern records and content IG controls and do not promise deletion of platform records or copies independently retained by others.

Optional updates

With your separate consent, we would also like to use your name and email address to send information about future webinars and Infinity Growth’s commercial and leadership development services. This choice is optional and does not affect your registration. You may unsubscribe at any time, without charge, by emailing mathieu@infinitygrowth.org.
